Our Approach

We held a two-hour planning appointment that addressed each of the couple's questions in sequence. We confirmed the recognition framework under Australian private international law, prepared and certified the required affidavit, and produced a summary of the property and residency matters they had discussed.

The Outcome

Documentation was completed within five working days. The couple married in Chiang Mai and the marriage was formally recognised without difficulty in Australia. They reported leaving the appointment with a clear understanding of their position on all the matters they had raised.
